Parents Who Wish to Volunteer
Volunteers have played an important role in Catholic education since the time parishioners joined their efforts to establish the first Catholic schools in America. Monsignor Clarke School benefits from the service of volunteers every day. Through the generosity and kindness of our volunteer staff we are able to provide classroom assistants, room parents, field trip chaperones, extra-curricular activities, fundraising committees, and a pleasant and efficient lunch program.
We encourage our parents to be part of our school community, but we are obligated to make sure we also provide a safe environment for our students. Before parents are allowed to participate, the Diocese requires the following:
-
View and sign off on the 3-part Safe Environment Power Point presentation. Please stop by the office after you review to sign the form to be returned to the Diocese. This Safe Environment review is required of parents every three years. SE-1 SE-2 SE-3

Complete and return the Disclaimer/Background Criminal Investigation (BCI) form. This form should be complete and returned to the school office with a copy of your current driver's license. This process can take up to six weeks to be completed, so please plan accordingly if you wish to volunteer. The BCI is good for three years. Disclaimer / Background Criminal Investigation (BCI) Form.
