Monsignor Clarke School is student centered and engages students in academic rigor and spiritual formation that will exceed your expectations.
Beginning with the acclaimed “handwriting without tears” program in Pre-K our students are provided with outstanding educational opportunities through eighth grade. All students in grades 1 through 8 are offered Spanish, physical education, art, music and computers as part of their regular curriculum. Robotics is introduced in fifth grade and offered again in seventh grade. Monsignor Clarke students are given the Terra Nova, a standardized test, yearly, beginning in grade three. This test is used as a diagnostic tool to adjust curriculum and instruction on an individual basis. Monsignor Clarke students score consistently well above the national average.
We will be offering an academic enrichment program for those students who meet the criteria in grades pre-k through five. Middle school students are leveled in mathematics and all eighth graders take Algebra I.
Our eighth graders are accepted to The Prout School, Hendricken, LaSalle Academy and college preparatory schools with the majority placed into their respective Honors curriculum.
