School Philosophy
Monsignor Matthew F. Clarke Catholic Regional School is a Roman Catholic co-educational school administered and staffed by qualified lay teachers. It is part of the Catholic Diocese of Providence. The school’s philosophy is based on the belief in the dignity of the human person as a child of God.
Both Administration and faculty strive to teach students to respect the dignity of all people. The program of study, in addition to teaching cognitive and affective skills, imparts the doctrine and traditions of the Catholic Church.
Religious truths and values encompass every aspect of learning. The life-long adherence to these truths and values will enable our young men and women to effect social and economic change in the future and to serve their communities according to these truths and values.
